Jan Aggerbeck (Chief Executive Officer)

Jan Aggerbeck joined icon-scm as CEO in 2011 and is responsible for strategic direction and overall management of the company. As a senior executive, Jan has a long track record of growing successful companies on a global basis. Jan brings over 20 years of experience in high technology companies from startups to Fortune 500. Prior to joining icon-scm, Jan was CEO for startups and midsize companies such as: ELSA, 2netFX, Acirro, and Abrevity. He has held senior management roles at large enterprise companies including: EMC, Xyratex, and Epsilon. Jan holds a Master of Science in Management and Project Management from Boston University, Massachusetts, USA.

Thorsten Bachmann (Vice President Finance)

Thorsten Bachmann serves as VP Finance where he provides leadership in icon-scm's financial planning, budget management and structural organization for accounting operations. Prior to joining icon-scm in 2012, Thorsten was the commercial manager at Tata Technologies Europe Ltd. in Coventry, UK. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Steinbeis-Hochschule, Berlin, Germany.

Theresa Mary Fischer (Senior Marketing Director)

As Senior Marketing Director, Theresa Mary Fischer provides strategic direction for all marketing functions at icon-scm, including go-to-market activities, brand, solutions messaging, events, and media relations. Theresa offers over fifteen years of technology marketing and communications experience. Prior to joining icon-scm in 2012, Theresa served as the North American communications manager in atmospheric technology and also as an integrated marketing agency account manager.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Enterprise from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona, USA.

Stephan Hofmann (Vice President Products)

Stephan Hofmann currently serves as Vice President Products for icon-scm, where he is responsible for overseeing product management and development world-wide. Prior to his current position, Stephan was both product manager and Director of IT consulting for the company. He joined icon-scm in 2001 and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Chris Schulz (Vice President Services)

As VP of Services, Chris Schulz is responsible for the effective and successful delivery of icon-scm solutions worldwide. He ensures scalability of icon-scm's Services organization and global Partner Delivery network to support continued growth and sustainable customer success. Chris rejoined icon-scm in 2011 and has successfully managed and sponsored various S&OP, and Supply Chain planning, execution and collaboration initiatives for industry-leading European, North American and Asian customers during his earlier tenure at icon-scm and also previously at Steelwedge Software. He holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

David Vallejo (Vice President Solution & Sales)

David Vallejo joined icon-scm in 2002 and currently serves as Vice President Solution and Global Sales Manager. David is responsible for defining and delivering world class supply chain solutions and for all sales activities on a global level. Prior to this position, he managed global services and account strategies at icon-scm. David holds a Diploma in Information Technology from BA Mannheim, Germany and a Bachelor in Computer Science (BCS) from the Open University of London, UK.

Dr. Michael Keppler (Founder and Director)

Dr. Michael Keppler is an acknowledged expert in supply chain planning and performance management solutions. Dr. Keppler earned a degree in industrial engineering and management and also a doctorate in engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Dr. Kurt Mannchen (Founder and Director)

Dr. Kurt Mannchen has significant experience in optimization of distribution and supply networks and is especially renowned in the discrete manufacturing industry. Dr. Mannchen holds a degree in industrial engineering and management and a doctorate from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Ulrich Goetz (Chairman of the Supervisory Board)

Ulrich Goetz studied jurisprudence at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. Ulrich is a lawyer and partner at Bartsch Rechtsanwaelte (www.bartsch-rechtsanwaelte.de) and specialized in the field of partnership law and company law. He also serves as a board member for several high-tech industry companies.

Erich Glaeser (Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board)

Erich Glaeser Dipl.Ing, Dipl. Wirt.Ing. has been working in high-tech industries for more than 25 years. Erich is an independent operative consultant in change management and corporate development and companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Silicon Graphics and Compaq have benefited from his management expertise in fast changing markets and environments of different industries.

Andreas Muschik (Member of the Supervisory Board)

Andreas Muschik has led and managed various supply chain business functions at Hewlett-Packard (HP) including key strategic projects and contributions both in Europe and worldwide. Since 2008, Andreas serves as an independent business consultant for international supply chain management and logistics companies and is a member of various advisory boards. Andreas holds a master degree in business engineering with specialization on manufacturing and logistics from the Technical University in Karlsruhe (today KIT), Germany.
