Dr. Michael Keppler

Michael is CEO of ICON, a role he has shared with co-founder Kurt Mannchen since ICON's inception in 1992. Michael is also the head of the Software Development and Support function at ICON and is an acknowledged expert in supply chain planning and performance management solutions. He earned a degree in industrial engineering and management at the University of Karlsruhe and a doctorate in engineering from the same institution.

As founder and CEO of ICON Kurt is also responsible for Business Development. He has profound experience in optimization of distribution and supply networks and is especially renowned in the discrete manufacturing industry.
Kurt holds a degree in industrial engineering and management and a doctorate from the University of Karlsruhe.
