Your Responsibilities

As icon-scm's Business Application Software Trainer, you will be responsible for all product and project-related training activities. You will organize the software trainings as well as providing those trainings.  Furthermore, you’re going to develop training materials and enhance our e-learning portal in collaboration with your counterparts in Germany and China. In addition to trainings with external partners and clients, you will be responsible for the knowledge ramp up of our new colleagues and the knowledge transfer within the company related to our software products. The Solution and Project teams will actively support you in developing the training materials and with delivering the trainings.

 

Your Profile

• You have a master degree in computer science, mathematics, information technology, industrial engineering or equivalent education.
  

• You have excellent didactical skills and have experiences as Software Trainer or teacher
  

• You have previously work as an implementation consultant or user. And  you are practiced in using classic SCM Software applications such as APS or ERP systems
  

• You are experience and fun in showcasing and transfering complex coherences
  

• Excellent communication skills
  

• Experience with e-learning portals is a plus
  

• You are experienced in dealing with clients and you are an experienced

  teamplayer
  

• Excellent knowledge of English. An additional foreign language would be a plus
  

• A technical background concerning databases, business software architecture and Java would be a plus
  

• You have the ability to set priorities and motivate your colleagues
  

• You are excited about being part of a growing company and in establishing training services as a first class element within our service portfolio
  

• Requires travel up to 40%
