Jan Aggerbeck (Chief Executive Officer)
As ICON-SCM’s CEO, Jan is responsible for management, execution, and strategic direction of the company. Jan brings over 20 years of experience in high technology companies from startups to fortune 500. Prior to joining ICON-SCM, Jan served as CEO for several startups and midsize companies such as: ELSA, 2netFX, Acirro, and Abrevity. He has also held senior management roles at large enterprise companies like: EMC, Xyratex, and Epsilon. As a senior executive Jan has a long track record of building and growing successful companies on a global basis. Jan holds a Master of Science in Management and Project Management from Boston University.

Stephan Hofmann (Vice President Product)
Stephan Hofmann currently serves as Vice President Product for ICON-SCM, where he is responsible for overseeing product management and development world-wide. Hofmann joined ICON-SCM in 2001. Prior to his current position, Hofmann served both as product manager and Director of IT consulting for the company. Hofmann holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

David Vallejo (Vice President Solution Management)
David Vallejo joined ICON-SCM in 2002 and currently serves as Vice President Solution Management, where he is responsible for defining and delivering world class supply chain solutions to different industries on a global level. Prior to this position, Vallejo managed all of the global services and account strategies at ICON-SCM. Vallejo holds a Diploma in Information Technology from BA Mannheim, Germany and a Bachelor in Computer Science (BCS) from the Open University of London.

Chris Schulz (Vice President Services)
As VP Services, Chris Schulz is responsible for the effective and successful delivery of ICON-SCM solutions world wide. He ensures scalability of ICON-SCM’s Services organization and ICON-SCM’s global Partner Delivery Network to support continued growth and sustainable customer success. Chris has successfully managed and sponsored various S&OP, and Supply Chain planning, execution and collaboration initiatives for industry-leading European, North American and Asian customers during his earlier tenure at ICON and also previously at Steelwedge Software. Chris holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Michael Hartman (Vice President Sales & Marketing)
Michael is responsible for all go to market activities globally for ICON-SCM. He has invested over seventeen years into supply chain technology in a variety of sales and consulting roles. In his consulting roles at Deloitte, PwC, and most recently Bristlecone, he has been focused on how best to enable companies to unlock the value of their technology investments. During his tenures at i2, Savi Technology, and now ICON-SCM, Michael continuously focuses on creating value for customers through innovative solutions for increasingly complex supply chain challenges in different industries. Hartman earned his Bachelor and Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech.

Dr. Michael Keppler (Founder and Director)
Dr. Keppler is an acknowledged expert in supply chain planning and performance management solutions. Dr. Keppler earned a degree in industrial engineering and management at the University of Karlsruhe and a doctorate in engineering from the same institution.

Dr. Kurt Mannchen (Founder and Director)
Dr. Mannchen has profound experience in optimization of distribution and supply networks and is especially renowned in the discrete manufacturing industry. Dr. Mannchen holds a degree in industrial engineering and management and a doctorate from the University of Karlsruhe.

Ulrich Goetz (Chairman of the Supervisory Board)
Ulrich Goetz has studied jurisprudence at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. He is lawyer, partner of Bartsch Rechtsanwaelte (www.bartsch-rechtsanwaelte.de) and specialized in the field of the law of partnership and company law. Ulrich Goetz is member of several Boards of companies in the high-tech industry.

Erich Glaeser (Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board)
Erich Glaeser Dipl.Ing, Dipl. Wirt.Ing. working in high tech industries since more than 25 Years, Erich today is an independent consultant for change management and corporate development. Companies like Hewlett-Packard, Silicon Graphics und Compaq influenced the way he works as a manager in fast changing markets and environments of different industries. This has furthermore determined his leadership style as well as his goal and results oriented approach as a very operative consultant.

Andreas Muschik (Supervisory Board Member)
Andreas Muschik was in charge of various supply chain (business) management functions at Hewlett-Packard (HP) over many years. This included ownership for a number of key strategic projects and contributions on European and worldwide level. Since 2008, Andreas Muschik acts as independent business consultant for international supply chain management / logistics and is member of various advisory boards. Andreas Muschik holds a master degree in business engineering with specialization on manufacturing / logistics from the Technical University in Karlsruhe (today KIT), Germany.
