Integration of 400 Suppliers at an EMS Provider
In this case study, we present you the example of one of the world’s largest suppliers of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) who, together with ICON, successfully implemented a demand-driven supply network. With the help of ICON-SCM the contract manufacturer coordinated its production planning with 400 suppliers, thus allowing the company to reliably meet delivery dates for customer orders. This resulted in a significant improvement of the service level and doubled the throughput without any additional capacities.
