After populating the system with historical data we determine qualitative effects like improved information transparency using sophisticated analyzing methods. We simultaneously determine quantitative potential gains,  like the expected minimization of inventory across the entire network (“Echelon Inventory”) or future improvement of service levels.  Specific goals are based on your unique Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
